Sigh... I haven't had a date night in.... yikes four years!!!!! Considering I'm only 29 that's just sad, sad, sad. I need a social life! Bad.

One the upside I've got date night hair today... its really cooperating, I'm so happy!

This weekend I'm getting a major tune-up service done to my car. Poor thing is only 2 years old and already has 65k miles on it! Then in the afternoon I might be visiting DTD with my daughter. We can't afford passports yet, but we like to at least be NEAR Disneyland when we can, LOL. Oh, and Sunday I'm going to the day spa to get my eyebrows waxed.

Ah, such a glamorous weekend!

Saturday after work, i'm going to a diabetes fundraiser for my friend's siaster (by fundraiser I mean free yummy dinner and I think casino night?)

I wish it was saturday...I get to wake up at 7am on saturday...I'm going to feel like I'm sleeping in...LOL

OK, we took my daughter and her super hyper best friend to Castle Park out here in Corona to go mini-golfing. The kids were like on crack or something, when you get them together they are just out of control, bouncing off the walls! So we went to the mini-golf course and like 4 holes into it, I saw this roach. Not just a little timid bug, but a roach the size of a small pony! And there were tons of them, and they were everywhere, and I just got so skeeved out. Yuck. I'll never go back as long as I live.

You lucky thing, I have to be to work by 6 so I get to sleep in til like 4:30. Blech.

ok, it was our 3-month anniversary. But rather than just the two of us we had the Jr. Miss and a friend with. Our original plan was to go to Disneyland, but the original friend that was to go with couldn't go with, so her other friend came with instead. We first went to see Corpse Bride, then decided to go to Castle Park to play mini-golf, we got there and the girls wanted to go on rides instead, but we didn't feel like paying for rides, so we kept the mini-golf idea... taking two hyper 11 y/o girls to play mini-golf when they have zero interest and zero desire to do anything other than run around and be obnoxious turned out to be a bad idea, Sunnyg stopped playing halfway through due to cockroaches that seemed to be everywhere, the girls were just feeding off the energy of the other the whole night. I of course only blame myself, since I told SG that we should go mini-golfing sometime..

We were out in Redlands a couple of weeks ago....Spent the night there and then headed to Castle Park the next day....not impressed..no roaches thank goodness!

Having grown up in Riverside, I can say you're lucky you weren't shot while at Castle Park! Fiesta Village in Redlands isn't much better either.

Oh BLECH Castle Park. I used to go there in High School. I hated it then and it hasn't changed hardly at all either .....but hey...at least you got to spend time together!!!! Albiet with hyper kids LOL
