Ok- you all are brilliant- maybe you can help me!
I get stressed- I eat. It calms me, and gives me something to do-
and it plays hell with my weight!
I had dropped almost 20 pounds this year- then Davis came home- chaos erupted, and I have been eating too much again.
Having a desk job doesn't help- I sit here and I get this urge to snack.
And yesterday I found out I had put about 14 pounds back on.
I am so down about that-
So- what do I do? Are there snacks I can munch on during the day that satisfy the munchy needs but don't pack on calories?
