Yup, I was happy when they extended it for all CA residents. If it wasn't an option, I'd have a very sad wallet with no AP in it.

Finally home! Had a crappy shift, so I came home long enough to change my shirt and grab a jacket. Went to the hookah lounge then picked up In N Out on the way home.
So.... I'm done over there. Hello new home!
And I'm alone in there, so tra la la la la! I'm gonna rearrange the furniture and hide the remotes!
In n Out sounds soooo delicious!! We're trying to eat health and exercise (a little), and the second I know that I really shouldn't eat fast food it just becomes that much more desirable.

Oh! So we went to see the play "War Horse" last night... and we left at intermission. It was the most boring play I've ever been to. The puppets and lighting were absolutely stunning, but they used an Irish accent that with the acoustics of the theater made it impossible to understand what they were saying, the flow of the story was confusing (and I saw the movie!), and they has NO sets. I felt so ripped off because it's gotten such great reviews and the tickets were EXPENSIVE. Oh well, it would have gone on until at least 11pm, and we wouldn't have gotten home until almost midnight and the hubs had to get up at 6:20 for our walk then go to work this morning so I guess it worked out anyway.

I was considering taking the weekend of the gumball rally off since it's that PLUS Bats day is that Sunday... but then I realized that gumball rally is a blackout day for me (I have a deluxe AP since I'm out of state) plus there's a cost to register... BUT THEN I found out Star Wars weekend at Disneyland is June 30th, also a weekend I work (conspiracy!!), but that would be far more worth it to me plus they're holding it on a Sunday with no blackout. I still really want o go to and dress up for Bats Day, so I'm torn...
I just read back on the old thread, and all I can say is WTF? It seems the same person keeps causing issues, and then someone else keeps being their little sidekick adding to it. Unbelievable.
I'll be staying out of there for a little while...

Sibling and Mom watched War Horse here in LA and they said it wasn't bad.
It's pretty popular and critically acclaimed, which is why I was so surprised. Maybe the second half is better. I wanted to cry I was so disappointed! I LOVE plays, and I LOVE horses, and the puppets are spectacular, but it just didn't work for me. A lot of other people walked out at intermission along with us, which I'd never seen at a play before. Maybe it was just this showing? Or the theater I saw it in? I've seen many other productions there that were amazing (WICKED! OMG!), but not all plays can adapt to all venues I'm sure.
Oh well! Now I know!
