anyhow i am no housewife or momma( cause i am allergic to kids..LOL)
i found some awesome new stuff that i think that even brandon you could make! And i havn't posted in my food blog about this yet, but i think i will..
anyhow so these recipes are 4 to 5 ingredient chicken recipes .. i did't think it was possible either..
chicken nacho dinner Ingredients: 6 cups baked corn tortilla chips
4 cups shredded or cubed cooked chicken (such as rotisserie chicken or leftover roasted or grilled chicken)
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup prepared salsa
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, mild or sharp Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Arrange the chips in the bottom of a shallow roasting pan. 3. Top the chips with the chicken, beans, salsa and cheese. 4. Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
Ingredients: 1 jar (1 pound 10 ounce) pasta sauce
8 ounces fusilli, bucati or your favorite pasta
1 package (12 ounce) baked breaded low-fat chicken breast tenders
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 8 ounces) Directions: 1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. 2. Heat chicken breast tenders according to package. 3. In 2-quart saucepan, heat pasta sauce. 4. In large serving bowl, combine heated sauce, pasta, chicken and 1 cup cheese. 5. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese and serve immediately.
coca cola chicken Ingredients: 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 12 oz. can Coca-Cola
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup honey barbecue sauce
Directions: 1. Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. 2. Cover and turn heat to medium. 3. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4. Uncover, and cook an additional 10 minutes until done.
Ingredients: 2- 9 inch pie crusts
3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
½ cup cooked ham, cubed
½ cup cheese, cubed
4 to 5 eggs, beaten Directions: 1. Arrange one pie crust in an ungreased 9" pie pan. 2. Boil potatoes in water until tender, drain. 3. Spread into pie crust. 4. Add ham and cheese. 5. Pour eggs on top. 6. Cover with remaining pie crust. 7. Pinch crusts together, vent top crust. 8. Bake at 400°F for 45 to 50 minutes.
