Who wants to start the next thread? We're nearing 2000 posts!
Today we have a bunch of errands to do - drop my car off at the dealership (again) to have a part replaced that they had to order, take my husband's truck to emissions, go to the mall to find his outfit for Dapper Day, laundry, and getting all packed to leave Wednesday. Phew!
I'd make the new one but I work all day today. I need to find motivation again, it gets lost very easily.
We have a few days probably before we need to start the new thread, so you have time to muster some motivation!
I didn't even realize there was a Mickey and the Magical Map scavenger hunt! Or maybe I did, and forgot. I'm sure I read a TR about it at some point...
I've started packing, need to go to Target to get some of those zippered garment bags to hold our Dapper Day stuff tomorrow.
I only have 3 maternity shirts, all of which I wear to work, so I'll have to do last minute laundry Wednesday morning so I have some shirts to wear to the parks! I'm having a hard time justifying spending money on maternity clothes since it's such a temporary thing haha
Wow! This thread has already almost hit 2000 posts! I haven't seen that happen this quickly in a long time.
They aren't really my thing either. I'm probably gonna cave and buy some for our trip to Cabo though only because it's so darned hot that I have a hard time justifying jeans to myself. I don't really wear shorts, I don't care how hot it is. I don't enjoy sticking to outdoor furniture lol.
I'm in such a good mood today! Found out Grey's Anatomy Season 9 is on sale for $30 as opposed to its regular $46, so I went out and bought it. If the rest of my day goes to hell, I don't care, I'll have Grey's waiting at home. It's sad that all it takes is a dvd set to make my day lol.
I spy a lurker! :p
We got Sean's outfit for Dapper Day all squared away yesterday. It was kind of tricky putting it all together!
I also found that I was totally exhausted and my stomach felt all cramped up after walking around the mall and the outlets for a few hours. I'm hoping I can hang a little better at Disneyland.
The forecast for Thurs and Fri at DLR is now 90 like I thought it might be so I don't know if I'll survive it.
This used to be off season time and I've made it a point every year to go within the first two weeks of September. However it's also the hottest time of year in SoCal. I think in my first year of being an AP, on my pos Labor Day trip I went to Splash Mtn first thing and since there was no one around, the CM's just let me ride a total of 8 times! I finally stopped because I was so drenched and actually freezing. Good times, good times!
So I have these neighbors that have Sat or Sun night parties and they blast some really horrible music. Anyhow I'm forming a playlist to troll them with
Panic - The Smiths
Please Don't Stop the Music - Rihanna (I don't even like this song!!)
Imperial March from Empire Strikes Back
And as a last resort, the IASW theme
