Yup, and she gets to eat for free while she's working and it's half price if she's not working. It's good stuff. I told her she's bringing me a burrito one of these days.

Today I think Mel and I are going to head over to Buffalo Wild Wings for wing Thursday before Grey's Anatomy starts tonight.

Hahaha! All of us were saying the same thing as we waited to start, how we'd probably end up putting our paychecks right back into their merchandise.

Also, it's official, my local Target has turned me down.. again. My husband is convinced they are all "affected in the brain" over there. LMAO. Oh well, their loss. I'm tired of them. Looks like it's time for some new work clothes in the closet. I suppose it won't be too hard incorporating red and khaki back into a normal wardrobe.

I'll let you guys know about tonight.

Jeez, Target is like a crappy ex-boyfriend stringing you along! Time to cut him loose!

I hope Disney works out. I think you'll have fun working there.

I think I'm going to have to fit in a meal at Chipotle in the next few days...

I can't think about food lol. We just got back from Buffalo since it's 60 cent wing day. My mind was bigger than my stomach. I got 12 wings.... probably ate 5 of em. But thankfully the left overs are good.

Man.. wings and sushi/sashimi are my two big "eat until I explode" foods. I make wings at home, though. I suppose I could put my recipe in that other thread, should you people want to save money and eat them at home. With or without a deepfryer.

Getting ready to head out in about 45 minutes. Trying not to be nervous. I wasn't nervous last night and I am pretty sure that was a good thing. Plus.. I got to pretend to be a 3 year old in one of the scenarios.. rocking out to Clubhouse Disney. LOL. I'm sure the sight of me on my knees "dancing" like a toddler got me some kind of merit points.

If that didn't earn you any kind of points, there's something very wrong.

Re: OMG! Let's Talk On Lion!!

We had Olive Garden for dinner since we had a coupon, and we were able to use it with the all you can eat pasta deal. Our waitress was awesome, and even though I only ate a quarter of my first huge plate of pasta, she was like "ready for a refill?" and brought us more with boxes to take home, along with extra breadsticks. So we have at least another meal and a half in leftovers. We gave her a really good tip to thank her!

I'm dying to hear how tonight went, Susan!

Me tooooo! I want to know if she will be working at Disney.

I made homemade mac and cheese. Usually it's really good, but this time the sauce was too hot when I added the cheese and it separated. Tasted okay, I guess, but the texture was off. I didn't like it.

Re: OMG! Let's Talk On Lion!!

Sorry for the late check-in. My interview was at 1830 (6:30pm) and by the time I finished and got home (1930) we kind of just crashed. But, suddenly I'm up and wide awake at midnight. Wired, I guess.

Interview #2 seemed to have gone well. It was one on one this time. She and I spoke briefly about my hair and how their hours in the store work and my availability and why would I drive 30 minutes for a part time job. LOL. We also talked about all things Disney and husbands for about 10 -15 minutes - including what I'm missing by not seeing the parks at Halloween. How HM was my favorite ride and she loved HMH and was going to MHP tomorrow.. er.. tonight. LOL. And I totally need to go once.

Also talked about me moving around with the military and Target's crappiness. And, get this, she recommended I keep myself in the market for a second part time job - because she couldn't promise that they would always have steady hours to offer. Sales = more hours to schedule. That's how Target was, so I understood. I thought it was cool of her to tell me that up front.

I got a good vibe.. and a new email form from them to submit. *crosses fingers*

I have nearly as many allies for an app game as I do FB friends!

i'm so glad September is ending. Although not as bad as last Sept. when I lost 2 family members within a week and a half but other than that, the same old nothing going my way troubles.

Ok, I'm awake and ready for work. Let's hope it gets slow enough that I can get my hands on coffee in some form. I'm there til 2:30am tonight; tried staying awake til 3am last night to get myself ready, but ended up falling asleep shortly before 1:30. Ugh... why did I agree to overnight shifts? Have a good night all!
