I like Captain America... but maybe because I'm quite patriotic.

I also liked the Greatest American Hero. LOL.
I'll have to wait to see Ironman 3. But, we'll do a double feature: Ironman and Star Trek. Wooo!!

*nods* The hubs is missing opening weekend for Ironman for work. So we have an epic date weekend planned... perhaps a jaunt up to Disney as well since his "in-between" time is becoming sparse.

Ew... yeah. Keep that sickness at bay!

Thought for Kelly: Are you eating alright? I've noticed a trend with some of my pregnant/were pregnant friends. Women who were having boys seem to have a higher issue of not being able to keep many things in their system the first 4-10 weeks.

Re: OMG! Let's Talk On Lion!!

I actually haven't had any nausea for the past few days (knock on wood!!). I haven't thrown up at all so far, which really surprises me since I normally have an incredibly weak stomach. My diet is pretty awful, though. I'm trying to incorporate more fruit, but all I'm craving is junk food (which is all I craved before, too, so no weird pregnancy cravings).

That lightheaded ness was in spite of me having a snack. It being around 90 degrees today probably didn't help.

Re: OMG! Let's Talk On Lion!!

Yeah. The weather made me sad. My house has no AC. WTF?! Who has a house with no AC in SOUTHERN California. Apparently most of my neighborhood. No worries. We're going to rig a thinga-ma-jiggy AC in the window so my Snow Dogs don't die in the heat.

We had water play in the backyard and then a good brushing since they decided the sudden heat = time to shed underlayer. My yellow lab sheds a lot anyway. But, I swear I am daily brushing enough hair to make a "kick me" dog.

Brandon: Are you keeping hydrated? I have that issue sometimes, where I catch myself drinking all caffinated things and not enough water.

Kelly: I meant more like wanting to eat at all. LOL. If your appetite is safe, I vote girl.

Oh. Yeah definitely have no issues eating!! Haha I do seem to fill up faster than I did before, but I still have a strong desire to eat. Girl or boy - either is fine with me!! I love hearing these theories, though. I'm dying to see who's right. My best friend texted me a couple weeks ago saying she had a dream it's a girl, and she's very big on her dreams predicting thing (don't ask lol), so that's two votes for girl!

    No A/C?! I think I would die!

Re: OMG! Let's Talk On Lion!!

I was supposed to have another pharmacist with me tonight until 10:30pm, which would have made my shift go by a lot faster, but he left 15 minutes after I got here.

And tomorrow I have to come in an hour early so he can leave. Ugh. It's going to be a long couple of nights!

Re: OMG! Let's Talk On Lion!!

Man. When we lived in Texas for two years, I saw more scorpions than I ever thought one could in a suburban area. Little tan ones. Two in our front yard and a dead one in our tub once. Luckily my littlest kitten is a natural born huntress. I totally freaked out when I found it and had both cats looked over, just in case. Not a wound.

Now, I let her kill the poor spiders who wander into our house and are dumb enough to be where a cat can reach. Usually, I don't. I think spiders are mostly good luck (minus the obvious scary ones), but if they are stupid (?) enough to be in her paws reach.. sorry buster, you just became entertainment.

Exceptions are the one tiny wolf spider I found on my bedroom rug one night. I totally got a glass and envelope and made him go outside. And lizards/geckos. If I can get them out before the cats find them, I will.
