I never got in to True Blood, but have quite a few friends who are obsessed with it. That and Game of Thrones.

Season 4 of TB was pretty good, but last season sucked.

Oh, why does the world like to mess with my family? Sister came home from work in tears because of something a co-worker did and said. I'm so close to going and setting this person straight it's not even funny. And this wasn't just a sticks and stones, move on type thing. It's clearly harassment and you better believe if the general manager doesn't take care of it, there's an entire group of people ready to kick some butt. Sorry, I'm just suuuper worked up over this.

No person should ever let another person have that kind of power over them, especially for those that get off on it. For most of them, it only encourages them to do it more.

I like vampires and all, even sparkly ones, but I just don't know if I can get into TB. I'm sure I'll try it eventually. I've been really bad at finishing series, though! I watched all of American Horror Story, then didn't watch the season finale of the second season. I still have about the last third of season 2 for Once Upon a Time to catch up on. I watched Breaking Bad up through season four, but haven't watched the finale for that season or caught up on season 5... sheesh. I have some work to do!

What happened?! I've been having workplace drama lately. None has really been aimed at me, but I get defensive over some coworkers who I think get bullied. Luckily it's kind of quieted down, and I'm doing my best to stop fighting for others. It's hard.

I completely agree, but eventually they do it so much and get away with it so much (in my case, the manager turns a blind eye and deaf ears, acts totally oblivious) that someone has to step in. It's unfortunate when managers don't... well, manage.

I didn't get into TB either when it first came on. But after I caught my wife watching episodes of the first season and I found out it was basically "vampire porn,".....well as a typical guy, I couldn't resist.

But after last season, I will probably stop watching because it's just gotten stupid.

Vampire porn sounds pretty enticing honestly haha

I saw a commercial regarding TB and they said something about "glamorizing"? Is this what they actually call it when a vampire tries to seduce?

In a way. Its supposed to be how they make a human do what they want. The lead character Sookie (Anna Paquin) is immune to it.

If you ever get to watch it, and get into it, I somehow finding you swooning over Eric and Alcide.

    No, its not him.

Here's two of Eric, played by Alexander Skarsgård:

And after he cut his locks. Had to show one without the shirt. He's my wife's favorite. Well, him and the next guy.

And here's Alcide, one of the "werewolves." (Only, they're not like Underworld werewolves. They're kinda like the werewolves from Twilight, but less huge.) He's played by Joe Manganiello. (He was in the first 2 Spider-Man films, played Flash Thompson, and he was most recently in Magic Mike.)

Omg, everything at comic con is Game of Thrones or True Blood. Never watched either actually.

I read about it on her FB. At work recently, I risked a write up but got into a bully's face because I was sick of him always, always picking on this one guy with limited English communication skills. I'll do the same for your sister.

Game of Thrones I can expect. There's a prop from the show that's actually a prop on the Big Bang Theory set. TB, I'm not sure why they would be so big at CC, but they are. It seems that almost every big show there is, if you look up a person's page on wikipedia, their picture was taken of them at comic con.
