I liked the original Buffy movie. It was silly and quirky.
I enjoy the TV show as well, but it doesn't have the same vibe as the movie did.
Peter Pan: "You know, your hair is on fire."
Me: "Yes. It happened after a recent trip to Neverland."
Peter Pan: "Well, you can dunk your head in the pond behind us, if you want."

My last shifts are normally not too bad, mostly because my last two nights are with a physician who is actually competent, as opposed to the terrible doc I'm stuck with the first 5 nights of each cycle. *groan*
I never got into Serenity or Firefly. I tried to watch an episode or two, and one of the movies... Just didn't capture me.
We watched Monsters University before I came in to work. Super cute!! I really enjoyed it, and Sean surprisingly really liked it as well.
I'll try to FB spam but cell reception as well as wifi is extremely spotty in the convention center and the phone drains rapidly. But don't worry, I always take lots of photos, unlike my DL trips, and you'll see them in some way, shape or form eventually.
This train trip may be quite the adventure though as its opening day at the Del Mar race track and TONS of people will board at the Orange County stops. A good percentage of them will already have had 4-5 drinks.
And most won't have seats as it'll be that crowded. You can tell I've endured this before as 2 years ago, that race track opening day coincided with comic con as well. This one girl was extremely tipsy and walking down the aisle, lost her balance and just about fell on top of me, LOL!
