Crock pot recipes, please add your favorites

Ok, I decided this was so easy and needed to be done more so I have more time out of the kitchen and more time with the kids! I have been looking for easy, and cheap meals, that taste good!! please add yours to, that way we can share and rate each others crock pot meals
Here is one I am trying tomorrow night since I bought so much frozen chicken breasts and never know what to do with them. ....

    Cheesy Crockpot Chicken Recipe
    3 whole boneless chicken breasts
    2 cans cream chicken soup
    1 can chedder cheese soup

Remove all fat and skin from chicken; rinse and pat dry, sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Put in crockpot and add the three soups straight from the cans. Cook on low all day (at least 8 hrs) do not lift the lid. Serve over rice or noodles. We did noodles and hubby said it tasted like mac and cheese.

( I will be doubling this recpe for my family)

    Beef Burgundy Stew

    Ingredients
1.5 lbs cubed stew meat (fat trimmed)
    Flour
    1tbs olive oil
1 Maui or Vidalia onion (cut into 1 inch pieces)
1/4 to 1/2 lb red potatoes (cubed)
    1/4 cup Worchestershire sauce
    1.5 cups red wine
    3 cloves garlic (minced)
    1 pint fresh mushrooms
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Directions
Roll meat in flour to coat.
Heat oil in frying pan until medium-hot.
Brown meat on all sides, drain.
    Place meat in crock pot.
    Add all ingredients except mushrooms.
Pour in enough water to cover all ingredients.
Cook on "High" for one hour, stir, then reduce to "Low" for 6-8 hours (really, you can't over cook this one, so if you need longer its okay.)
Add mushrooms during last 1/2 hour or 45 minutes of cooking.
Stir, add salt and pepper to your taste.

I like to serve this with french bread and a salad. This recipie serves 6-8 and is great as leftovers!!!

    Enjoy!

    Chili (one can)
Velveeta (the largest stick they sell)
    Poblano Peppers
    Chopped onions
    Diced tomatoes
    Hamburger (One Pound)

Let simmer in Crock Pot for as long as you like, My buds and I love this after a long day of shroom hunting. Goes great with warm tortillas or warm chips. Enjoy!

Sorry, I made up my recipie, so I don't have any nutritional info. I'm guessing its less damaging than steak and a baked potato, but more damaging than cabbage soup.

StinkyPete...we make that right before Nebraska football games (on TV). Damn tastiest thing ever. Don't eat it if watching your weight, your butt literally doubles in size just from looking at it.

Just make sure the wine hasn't turned to vinegar, otherwise you should be good to go!
