    Ice Pop/Yogurt Pop Recipes?

Does anyone have any semi-healthy ice pop or posivle recipes?
My mom used to make some with JellO... I was thinking sugar free might work OK.
    I know just plain juice.

I guess more the yogurt pops... I'm not sure how to make those? Just mix up plain yogurt and fruit or something???

Am I not making any sense (what else is new? )

I tried to look up recipes but they seemed so complicated!!

The recipes I've found were just mixing yogurt and juice and then freeze.
Marge: Barnacle Bill's Home Pregnancy Test? Homer, shouldn't we have gone with a better-known brand?
Homer: But Marge, this one came with a corn-cob pipe!
Marge: [reading from the test box] "Ahoy, Maties! If the water turns blue, a baby for you! If purple ye see, no baby thar be!"
Homer: So, which is it? Blue or purple?
    Marge: Pink.
    Homer: D'oh!
Marge: "If ye test should fail, to a doctor set sail!"

I'm not sure about yogurt pops, but you can use any kind of juice, or use mixed up pudding to make some tasty pops.

Pour juice/pudding into Dixie Cups, but be sure to only fill 2/3 of the way. Cover cups with saran wrap. Stab popsicle sticks into the cup through the saran wrap. Freeze several hours or overnight.

    Voila!

    Sounds easy enough

Ah, hype, we posted at the same time!
My mom used to make 'em in Dixie Cups (sans the saran wrap!) Jello and pudding. mm, good childhood memories
Target's summer stuff was half off and I bought pop molds just for this purpose! And to save some money.

    Thanks!!

Oh I used to LOVE Jello Pudding Pops. I was so disappointed when they discontinued them. How do you go about making pudding pops?

If I remember, the next time I talk to my mom I'll ask for her recipies. I don't know if it's anything more than making and freezing

I made jjice (MM Lite!) and Yogurt (just vanilla yogurt).Had a yogurt (1/2) one It was pretty good. I'll try the other one tonight. I don't really like the juice flavor - hopefully it'll be better frozen

    Pudding pops recipe:

    2 cups cold milk

1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling

POUR milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 min.

SPOON evenly into six 5-oz. paper or plastic cups. Insert wooden pop stick or plastic spoon into center of each cup for handle.

FREEZE 5 hours or until firm. To remove pops from cups, place bottom of cups under warm running water for 15 sec. Press firmly on bottoms of cups to release pops. (Do not twist or pull pop sticks.) Store leftover pops in freezer.

    Re: Ice Pop/Yogurt Pop Recipes?

My mom actually scanned in her recipes (who know she could do that?) They're from a church cookbook!

    Popsickles
    1 small Jello
    1 pkg. Kool-aid
1 cup sugar (my mom handwrote 3/4 cup)

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water and add 2 cups cold water.
(I assume jello = Kool Aid and sugar as well.)

    Fudgesickles
    1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 large can Milnot (aka evaporated milk)
    2 cups milk
    2 t. sugar
Mix all together. Kids will love both of these.

No wonder the fudge pops were so good! And the Kool-aid ones were great also, there's this extra gooeyness on the bottom that was yummy. Can't wait to make these.

FYI, my plain juice weren't great - I think most of the juice soaked into the wooden sticks, so they were hard and mostly flavorless. Oh well. Still refreshing!
