ok, here is my idea, 9 months ago, I started a thread about how to quite smoking. Everyone cheered me on and gave me great ideas. It worked, I will be smoke free for 9 months on March 16th. I thank you all for that.
Now, I need to lose 100 lbs. Wouldnt it be great if those of us, male and female, who needed to lose weight, joined together to help each other?
We could share tips, ideas, recipes, excersices... We could check in and let each other know if we've lost.. or gained. Did we eat good today or did we cheat, did we do our exercise routine or not.
We are not going to be monitoring each other, just offering support and understanding to someone else going through the same thing. What do you all say?
Ill start, today I pigged out, nothing healthy, but tomorrow I am going to start eating a salad before every dinner so I eat less at dinner and I will do my "Walk At Home with Leslie" dvd for the mile walk.
