Funny, I hate shopping, but I love to buy stuff. I have no patience for the actual physical act of shlepping from store to store, trying stuff on. But I love to get new stuff.
Yes! I completely feel this.
I hate to shop. I loathe to shop. Clothes shopping is the worst of all. And I dread trying things on. I'm the one sitting outside the waiting rooms whining like a toddler, "I wanna go hoooome, we've been here for hoouuurs..."
But I love having pretty new clothes.
The only kind of shopping I have patience for, honestly, is toy shopping. I love collectables and dolls and figurines and action figures. This is probably sheer immaturity, but it's more fun than trying to squeeze into skinny jeans.
You don't need me or my ham, cheese, cheese, cheese, tomato, cheese, ham and tomato sandwiches. And cheese.
i love shopping and buying stuff. But sometimes it does get boring.
I got a really cute pair of jeans, originally $70 marked down and marked down to $15. i love them, especially since theyre actually long enough.. i have a problem with finding jeans that are actually long enough for me, because i am tall and skinny
...Not like anyone on here really gives a care about me anyway...
And it happened again today... I go shopping and find awesome deals!
First I went to Kohl's as I was looking for some sunglasses. Found a pair I liked. They were regularly $26, marked down to $10-something. Took them to the checkout and discovered they were further marked down to $5.20!
Then I went across the street to the mall. Got a Pirates tank at Hot Topic to wear to the Pirate & Princess party at WDW next month.
Then I went into JC Pennys and they're having a massive clearance sale. Got a short sleeved grey hoodie regularly $34.99 that was marked down to $14.99 and then another 40% off that, so I got it for $8.99!
After that I went to the mini-mall across the street to Shoe Carnival. Went to try on shoes I liked and inside the box were 2 left shoes... both different brands! It was the only box they has in my size in that color for that particular shoe, so I took it up front and showed them. The guy that helped me, the manager, looked as boggled as I did, but he tried to locate the other shoe to see if a box had 2 right shoes in it. Unfortunately eh couldn't find it, but we found a similar shoe like the one I wanted so he said if I wanted those he'd give them to me at the price of the others. So I got shoes that were on sale in their own right for $26.98.... for $14.98!
After that I decided to quit while I was ahead, plus I was hungry, so I stopped to get a smoothie & a sandwich to bring home.
