Can anyone recommend a good low calorie/low fat cookbook that the meals still taste good? I don't usually cook much at dinner time. I usually eat something small or eat Lean Cuisine type stuff. My husband and I are hosting an exchange student and I have been cooking dinner every night since he has been here. It has only been a little over a week, but I think if I keep eating like this I am going to gain weight. I would like to sit down and have a family dinner with him, I just want to cook more healthy things.
