I've just gotta poke my head in hear and echo something that was mentioned before we turned into 2008...GET FITTED!!! I've been wearing the wrong size bra for who knows how long. I thought I was a 40DD. Turns out I'm a 38F. Talk about shock. And now, I'm having a hard time finding that size in Lane Bryant stores-they tell me I need to either go online or go to a Cacique (the brand of the bra) store.

I also noticed the other day that Nordstroms has QUITE a selection of boobalicious bras! Ones I'd seen on barenecessities.com. Just putting that out there.

Even though i got new ones (bras), etc. I think i need like half sizes or something, i have an er... spillage problem? Like when i need to pick things up like boxes for work, or bend over in anyway.
Anybody else have that problem?
I hate it. It's horrible, i mean it's not the entire boob, but.. yea i think you get my point.

If you have a slippage problem you may be wearing demi bras, kinda of 3/4 cup style. Full coverage would be the other option to give more coverage. When shopping, look at the tags to see what kind it is or ask a sales associate.

spillage means the cup is too small. also if the front between your boobs is raised, the band is to small as well.

You may not have spillage problems. Why don't you take a picture of the 'spillage', post it here, and we can tell you if it's enough to be concerned with or not.
