Egads, it was Taco Bell for dinner, and suprisingly my tummy still feels fine. Oh wait, maybe that's because I massacred my burrito, and ended up not eating a half of it. So I just ate the cinnamon twists.

Tonight it's spaghetti.....I make really really good sauce, so no one minds that it's my least thoughtful meal every week.

This week, we've had pizza, chicken and pasta, pork roast with rice, pizza, went out for Mexican, and leftovers.....love those leftovers nights!!!

Tonight is Beef Teryaki and rice..new recipe...it better not suck!

Last night was Dorito Pie...doritos, can of chili, can of enchilada sauce, can of tomato paste, onion and cheese...baked together..then topped with sour cream and more Doritos! And a salad for balance!

It was really very good! The kids both ate two helpings...which is rare!

We've also had chili cheese dogs with mac n cheese and Mexican out!

Tomorrow night in honor of our Non-Irish roots, we're having Baked Potato Soup and Irish Soda bread!

Okay, I'm loving this thread. It helps me come up with meal ideas!

Tonight we had broccoli fettucini alfredo (from this month's Real Simple). It was soo yummy! I highly recommend it.

This last month I subscribed to Everyday Food magazine. I must say, we've tried three of the recipes this week and they're sooo yummy!

We've had the sauteed chicken with spinach, spaghetti and meatballs and the meatball hero sandwich. Judging from the noises coming out of my husband, they're definite keepers!

Is there anyone who doesn't have Corned Beef on their menu tonight? The kids requested brocolli over cabbage. I have the potatoes ready to go, but I forgot to get some bread. Note to self: dye milk green for dinner.
