Yeah, I have to convince Ali that it is Corned Ham so she will eat it. She told me today that she likes to eat it when she takes really really small bites. Ah, the life of a kid.Originally Posted by dsnylndmom

I cannot confirm nor deny the inclusion of any attraction in the Rally.

Going to the park, so probably a Chili Cheese Dog......not really Irish I admit, but my daughter suggested going to the park after school today....so how could I refuse!
Mom, remember, it's not what a person is like on the outside that counts,it's what they are like in their HEART!

I'll be working, so it looks like it's going to be take out. We never have corned beef though - I'm not a big fan of it. (Don't you dare tell my Irish grandfather - he'd have my head!)
Usually the hubby and I head down to a local fish and chips shop run by an Irish couple. They're an older couple who are super cute... they call everyone dear and darling. They usually have a fun all you can eat night... we load up on that and Guinness and walk home.![]()
We had Baked Potato Soup, salad and bread from Trader Joes'...I wasn't up to baking today! There was no Irish type breads at Trader Joes..so we had Sourdough...but I did get Irish butter...the kids are declaring it the best butter they have ever had!
I have to agree with them.....
Vodka ......a lot of it.
Happy St. Paddy's, y'all!

Garlic Bread, Carrot Sticks too. Dessert was strawberries and blueberries for the kids, see above for me![]()

Ya know, being a simple man is easy. Being someone impressive is too much work and only rewards others.![]()

We went to Mimi's cafe for dinner. I had a "mini" Cobb Salad with 1000 island dressing. My Mom had a "mini" Chicken Ceasar salad and my sis ate a side of fries and some soup.
I'm feeling down therefore lazy. I took leftover penne and made a little creamy pesto and had 1/2 a pepper turkey and swiss sandwich. With some baby carrots and strawberries.![]()
