I got a new simmer sauce today from Trader Joe's I had to try!
It's Mojito sauce and it's delish! I made it with chicken, red onions and cilantro, whipped up some rice and tossed it all in Trader Joe's tortillas. Mmmmm good

    Simple stuff tonight.

Ramen noodles with some hardboiled eggs. I affectionately have called this choice over the years "Purina Bachelor Chow".

Easy to make, almost makes itself, many variables.....a meatball here, a couple handfulls of frozen broccoli there, maybe a dash of red chili sauce....or maybe some of that Mojito sauce that Dsny mentioned.

okay.....off to the stove. I'm hungry.

    AP'er since 2004. Yup.....I'm one of THEM.

Dsnylndmom, that sounds sooo good! I'll have to pick some up when I make my next trek to Trader Joes.

Our dinner was pretty simple tonight (I got off really late)... baked potatoes with broccoli and chili. Mmm...

Tonight will be a Cliff bar.
    Good morning, son
    In twenty years from now
Maybe we'll both sit down and have a few beers
And I can tell you 'bout today
And how I picked you up and everything changed
    It was pain
    Sunny days and rain
I knew you'd feel the same things...

Probably a hot dog. Going to the Angel's game with my company.

Probably the same tomorrow night, as I'm doing the same.

Change of plans: Not going to the game tonight. So I'll probably have that salad I wanted last night, but instead had Chili Cheese Dogs..... YIKES!

Tomorrow night game is still on. Beer and hot dogs/ other baseball foods are likely.

I'm thinking of making my chicken curry and jasmine rice again. So simple and extra yummy.
Marge: Barnacle Bill's Home Pregnancy Test? Homer, shouldn't we have gone with a better-known brand?
Homer: But Marge, this one came with a corn-cob pipe!
Marge: [reading from the test box] "Ahoy, Maties! If the water turns blue, a baby for you! If purple ye see, no baby thar be!"
Homer: So, which is it? Blue or purple?
    Marge: Pink.
    Homer: D'oh!
Marge: "If ye test should fail, to a doctor set sail!"

    Atkins, agains

I am on Atkins, so.... probably steak and lobster(plenty of butter), maybe a nice salad with bleu cheese, sauteed mushrooms. Wait, I...must... stop... dreaming...
Okay, better now. Probably some kind of protein, like meats and veggies, with none of the good stuff like bread, pasta, or a nice sugary dessert.

Desertdweller - that sounds sooo good. As I'm now just starting to make dinner, I'm VERY jealous

Tonight's dinner is mustard chicken over a bed of baby spinach. Quick and easy, just how I like it

I love Chicken w/Dijon mustard sauce and am always looking for variations. Would you please print yours in the Give a Recipe - Take a Recipe Thread?

    Thanks!

Never made it to any baseball games for hotdogs.

But I did finally get a salad! It was grilled chicken, not fried. But good enough. That was Wednesday night.

Last night: Arby's. I had the Roasted Turkey Ranch and Bacon sandwich. Ry had a beef and cheddar. It was nummers!

Tonight: No idea. It's Friday, so that means DTD. I'll probably eat something before I go instead of eating there though.
