I still have no clue what's for dinner tonight. But I bet it's going to be from Miguel Jr's, whatever it is.

We had the Tuscan Tomato Soup from Safeway - it was spicy and great!! Grilled cheese on whole wheat and apples with caramel dip to round it out! A great fall meal!

I'm going to try that BBQ pork roast - that sounds nummy.

    This........
    Ensenada Chicken™ Platter
Two premium chicken breasts rubbed with a zesty Mexican blend of seasonings, then charbroiled and bursting with Baja-style flavor. Served with a side salad and two dipping sauces: salsa & creamy lime. Muy Delicioso!
We went to Red Robin for dinner
I used extra salsa for the dressing on the salad vs dressing. It was guuuuud

Last night, I had a McDonald's fish sandwich, french fries and a Mr. Pibb. The fish got along swimmingly with my taste buddies. Yum yum!

dmom.....we went to Red Robin several days ago, too. California Chicken Burger, baby! Mmmm! We also went out to Chinese buffet one night, too. I was a bad cook this week!

Last night I made my weekly roast chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy and peas. Brownies for dessert.

    Tonight it's homemade chicken enchiladas.
