What is Inspiration Lake used for?

What is Inspiration Lake used for? Is it a lake used for activites like canoeing and swimmming? Or is it used for the park's water?

Inspiration Lake is basically a public park open to anyone during daytime hours. You can rent pedal boats and enjoy the day out in on the water, or take a walk around the entire park and enjoy the gardens. I think bike rentals may be available but cant remember. Not much is there to do as far as I could tell from my 2 visits to the lake, so it is more of a relaxing place to visit and enjoy the ambiance. There is a 7-11 convenience store right at the park's entrance if you get the cravings for a drink or snack, etc.

The water there is used for watering plants inside HKDL.

I never go there！But its a beautiful lake！

Sadly, there is no swimming allowed. They get panicky when you "accidentally" fall in the lake
