They have the chance to build a huge park with amazing views from the rides...
It could be a DisneySEA better than the one in Tokyo...
but I´m sure they will fill the space up with hotels and a downtown Disney area... and place the new park where some tiny patch of space is left.
My gosh their parking lot is so small.
they could put up a downtown disney between the two hotels.

For US parks you are correct, but in HK its way too big. There is lots of parking in there. Not many people in HK drive to Disney and the majority of the locals take the MTR. IMO it would be better if they made that area Downtown Disney

I like the HKDL pics from sky, hkdl has lots of land for expansion。Sure it will be a big theme park after expansion。

these pics are old. notice the newly made bridge-tunnel thing inside adventureland that links to the demon jungle. its still in construction.

That long stretch of land between Disneyland and the plot for the second gate, is where Downtown Disney is considered to go.
all hotels are planned for the plots of land along the waters edge
wow there is so much space! can't wait to see what happens with this land over time!
As the famous saying goes, "the possibilities are endless". I just hope that the current bogging down of expansion is a one time only thing and they can start to build on what they've already created there.
Great to see all that land. The ultimate theme park blank canvas!
