For US parks you are correct, but in HK its way too big. There is lots of parking in there. Not many people in HK drive to Disney and the majority of the locals take the MTR. IMO it would be better if they made that area Downtown Disney

As the famous saying goes, "the possibilities are endless". I just hope that the current bogging down of expansion is a one time only thing and they can start to build on what they've already created there.
