now that the Parachute drop is up and the racer track is fully erect it would be interesting to see pictures of the area as seen from the rest of adventureland.
Thise three new lands are outside the berm and a bit sunken in from the rest of the surrounding area so i am curious to see if any part of the tracks actually sow upfrom anywhere else in adventureland.

Doesn't seem that bad to me. Its better than having some exposed scrim/scaffolding.
Maybe its a "you have to be there" thing.

Cause there is nothing around it. Unlike Paris where there are many buildings and other attractions.

Maybe I haven't seen things like that before, that's why I think it was weird.
Hm. Me, too... It looks both taller and wider... Probably because there's nothing next to it to give a sense of scale.... But still....
I was in the park yesterday, the RC Racer was visible but only barely. Actually from Fantasyland the ride looked really quite far away.
The photos of the construction is similar to what I saw, but what they didn't show was the sheer number of workers on the site! I saw hundreds of people working there!
I still can't believe that they are putting this eyesore (RC Racers) in the Magic Kingdom!

I'm hoping that it is just a placeholder for something bigger in the future. But who knows as long as Lassiter has a say in it, it's staying.
A new video has been posted on YouTube by michael20183 showing the recent construction site. It really gives you a good impression of the scale of this project. Toy Story Land looks way ahead and will for sure debut later this year.

Iger and Staggs were at HKDL a while back for a look around the expansion construction. No surprise since the SHDL ground breaking is going to be held on Friday. I really hope that one or both of them puked after seeing that ugly green tower and orange atrocity. From their smiles, their either insane or very happy HKDL is getting trash like TSL.
