    Hong Kong and Macau: Overheated development rate?

    Could the multiple construction projects planned for the two SARs compete themselves into bursting the real estate bubble ? ? ?

    Are they insane to try to build this many things at once? Is there enough steel in China?

    If they've got the money and want to spend it let them do lots of projects. And if any of them are looking for a smaller scale project, I am looking for a sponsor so I can retire...so feel free to email me if you read this.
