HKDL to introduce "Surprise Fast Pass", Mingpao News, 2006-5-6

According to MingPao News, HKDL is going to introduce "Surprise Fast Pass"....
With "Surprise Fast Pass" Guests do not need to wait in line, they can immediately go for the ride and even receive Surprise Gifts.

and guests can even use their Mobile Phone via SMS to get "Fast Pass".....

Whatever it takes to improve the bottom line, just like TDR's present giveaways every so often... What has WDW given me for free lately?? And God knows the French can't not even afford to clean/maintain their parks... reason why DLR rocks!!!

ORDDU: Hmmm...it's hard to believe Hong Kong Disneyland would even need the Fast Pass system, considering how low the attendance always seems to be.

Hmm o kidding, but this sounds like something you get outside the park to get you into it, is it not? It doesn't sound like the WDW "suprise" ones to get you to a low attendance ride.

But I could be wrong.

Personally, I feel NO Disney park should offer FP. Let's go back to the old ways when everyone waited their turn patiently.

Hopefully someday. Its nice to abuse FP when you get the chance, but it really is no good. Best example of FP Bs...Living with the Land.

Other examples: Soarin', R&RC, TOT... heck.. ALL of the FP rides are bad examples, specially those with high capacity.
