深圳斥資16億 建未來樂園

已與法商簽約 每年可接待旅客600萬人次 挑戰香港迪士尼

【本報綜合報導】法國三大主題公園之一的「未來樂園」（Futuroscope）複製版將於三至四年後在深 圳誕生，法國未來樂園營辦商前日與深圳市政府及深圳寶能投資集團簽約，計劃在深圳南山區西麗興建面積達60 公頃，以影視刺激為主打的大型主題公園，投資額達16億元人民幣，預計每年可接待600萬人次的旅客。香港 兩大主題公園表明無懼新樂園的競爭，香港旅遊業相信，深圳增建主題公園後，可與澳門及香港組成珠江口旅遊鐵 三角，加強珠三角旅遊的吸引力。


新主題公園中方負責人熊輝稱，深圳未來樂園面積雖不及法國，但會採納大部分的樂園項目重新建造，首階段於2 008年底至2009年落成，樂園全部建成後每年訪客達600萬人次。


即將建造的深圳「未來樂園」分為四個主題區域：動漫中心、高科技娛樂區、特技影院和文化創意產品展覽。整個 主題公園以強調文化創意和高科技為主題，突出原創作品。


位於法國西部的未來樂園始建於1984年，與迪士尼樂園及環球影城齊名，面積約200公頃，該園提供遊戲以 刺激觀眾視覺感受為主，運用大量imax及3D技術，imax影院在觀眾眼前設一塊面積達672平方米的屏 幕，腳下亦有748平方米的玻璃屏幕，讓觀眾進入立體視覺空間。另有一個「世界之鼓」影院，更使用900平 方米的球形屏幕，使觀眾聽音樂也變得「立體」。樂園又特設盲人體驗館，遊客的視覺在20分鐘內進入全黑狀態 ，只能憑味覺、聽覺和觸覺活動。 香港海洋公園及迪士尼樂園均無懼鄰近地區有新競爭者加入，海洋公園指其主題是人與大自然融為一體的概念，保 育及教育並重，相信與未來樂園各有客源。迪士尼樂園指迪士尼有其獨特文化吸引顧客，不同公園具不同的賣點， 再加上暑假推出三項新設施，未來幾個月又公布新景點發展計畫，相信可以保持一定吸引力。

City of Shenzhen reached agreement with French "Futuroscope" to spend RMB 1.6 billion for Shenzhen version of the theme park, annual attendance around 6million, challenging Hong Kong Disneyland.

Futuroscope (Shenzhen) will be built in 2 phases, the first phase will be completed by 2009. It will be located in "Nanshan" District of Shenzhen, about 60 hectares.(1st year attendance about 3million)

Representatives from HK Disneyland and HK Ocean Park have indicated that they are not afraid of the competitions from the new theme parks in Shenzhen.

Some representatives from HK Tourism industry believe that Hong Kong, Macau and Shenzhen would form a formidable trio in the Pearl River Delta Region, enhancing the attractiveness towards tourists.

Futuroscope (Shenzhen) will be divided into 4 main themed districts, namely, animation district, hi tech entertainment district, special effects cinema district, cultural and creative products exhibition district.

According to another articles or news, the city of Shenzhen has approved the setup of a animation/internet gaming production centre with the co-operation of Hong Kong inside Shenzhen Technology and Industrial Park. The Shenzhen-HongKong Animation production centre will occupy 170,000 sq. metres. This will facilitate the co-operation between Hong Kong and Shenzhen on the design, production and development, marketing and various aspects of the animation/internet gaming product life cycle.

I've been to Shenzhen and it's a pretty scrappy place. Lots of enormous factories and lots of poor people. A real third-world kind of place, not very pleasant at all, despite the Happy Valley theme park that is already there. It's also not a safe place to walk around by yourself if you're a Westerner.

The world's first theme park to promote the Chinese culture on Surnames and Ancestry will be built at Shenzhen, China -- Chinese Surnames Ancestry Theme Park Shenzhen. Signing ceremony was held in HKCEC on 19 May 2006.

Three parties were involved in the Signing Ceremony, Fame House Cultural Communications Co of Shenzhen, US-Sino Cultural Exchange Holdings Ltd of USA and EKO Investment of Hong Kong agreed to spend US$200 million and HK$180 million as initial investment by signing a letter of intent.

According to project creative planners, Shenzhen's Fame House Cultural Communications General Manager Murong Yung, "Chinese Surnames Ancestry Theme Park" would be the core project in 2006 for Chinese cultural industry, total investment of this Theme Park would be RMB 4.5 billion, covering 1,100 acres at Longgang, Shenzhen. It is estimated that the first phase would be completed by 2009, with an annual attendance of 400 million.

The main attractions of the theme park include, a Chinese Dragon Tower, Chinese Memorial Hall, Chinese surnames interpretation Museum, Chinese Surnames Garden, Chinese Historic Hall of Fame, Museum on Chinese calligraphy, etc. Everything including the use of hi-tech, leisure, entertainment, cultural activities, under one roof.

晶报讯（记者邓妍）全球首座以弘扬中华姓氏文化为内核的主题公园——中华姓氏寻根园落户深圳。5月19日下 午，广东组团的重点推介项目“中华姓氏寻根园”在会展中心举行了签约仪式。
在签约现场，深圳市慕名阁文化传播有限公司与美国美中文化交流控股有限公司和依高投资（香港）有限公司签约 ，分别签署了首期2亿美元和1.8亿港元的投资意向书。
据项目创意策划者、深圳市慕名阁文化传播有限公司总经理慕容榕介绍，“中华姓氏寻根园”是2006中国文化 产业投融资项目推介会重点文化产业项目，项目总投资45亿人民币，占地面积1100亩，选址初定深圳市龙岗 区。首期主体项目计划2009年建成，届时预计可实现接待游客400万人次。该主题公园建成后，辐射人群将 遍布海内外华人世界。
该项目以主题公园的形式，有中华龙塔、中华祭祖殿、中华姓氏演绎馆、中华百姓园、中华历史名人雕塑长廊、中 华书法碑林、中华姓氏民俗休闲园、中华奇园、中华民俗文化研究基地等园区亮点，运用现代高科技手法，融寻根 祭祖与休闲娱乐于一身。
