Tree Lighting Report and New attraction for 'lovers of Pooh'

We've stuck up a bit of a report about last night's surprise Tree Lighting, which The Source's source tells us was a bit of a media frenzy.

Our correspondent also informed us that a query about the cranes in Fantasyland will be a "new ride that we will love if we like Winnie the Pooh". Cryptic, yes, but a sign of things to come. Dark ride, perhaps?


They also confirmed there would be no Christmas Parade, but a tree lighting and Santa's sleigh every night.

Isn't The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh dark ride already in the park?

So what can the crane have to do with Pooh?

I think the implication is that it will be a ride in a similar vein to Pooh. That's why I guessed 'dark ride'.

Peter Pan was the second most likely attraction after IASW, after all. :)

Very nice report...thanks for letting us know about it. I really like how they have dressed Goofy. I think the scarf looks great on him and fits his normal costume very well.
