HK Government do not intend to use public fund to increase investment at HKDL

港迪士尼收入減政府無意增投資 [09/05 星期三 11:45] 美 國迪士尼公布季度業績，指香港迪士尼樂園第一季收入減少，影響集團收入。本港旅遊事務署表示，理解市民期望 迪士尼樂園，可增加新景點和設施，吸引本地市民 及遊客，政府會與迪士尼公司商討各種的財務安排，興建新景點及設施。但發言人表示，政府現時無計劃動用公帑 ，增加在樂園的投資。

Representative from HK Tourism Commission says that HK Government understands hongkongers' and visitors' expectation and anticipation for new and more attractions/facilities at Hong Kong Disneyland. Hong Kong Government won't use taxpayers' money to increase investment at HKDL.But in order to increase attractiveness at HKDL towards Hong Kongers and Visitors, Hong Kong Government will liaise/negotiate with Walt Disney Company for various financial arrangement that would allow the addition and construction for more new attractions/facilities.
