    1st lawsuit against HKDL filed by Mainland Tourist

    內地婦太空飛碟跌傷 向迪士尼索償

    入稟狀指出,原訴苟玉梅(56歲),居廣東省惠州市,去年1月17日前往迪士尼玩機動遊戲「太空飛碟」,指 樂園因疏忽或不履行責任導致受傷。樂園發言人回應指案件進入司法程序,不作評論。

    A Mainland Tourist has filed a lawsuit against HKDL for compensation of damages and injuries she suffered while she was fallen off the Orbitron in January last year.

    ORGOCH: Well, why in the Heck did she try jumpin' outta the dang thing in the first place?! Let her try flyin' a broom stick, some time, an' see how many times she fall off THAT befer gittin' the hang of it!

    It happened a year & a half ago and she's just now filing a lawsuit?

    Something stinks in Denmark.... I mean Hong Kong.

    Yeah, how does someone fall off the Orbitron? It is a bit different to the Californian ones, so it is actually two side-by-side seats rather than a long tube. It baffles the mind as to what someone must have been doing to fall out of the thing.

    Didn't someone actually die in the park prior to this? I seem to recall someone taking action for that ages ago...

    So maybe not the first lawsuit, but one of the stranger ones. Then again, the death case never actually said it was follow through, but that they planned to sue...

    Most likely the tourist was stupid enough to unbuckle their seatbelt and just stood up while the saucers were in motion. When the castmember saw that happending, they most likely hit the abort button. Mainland tourist are known to do stupid things since they have no clue on safety.
