We want the lights too!! BRING THEM ON!!!
I've just reread that post I put up. And it strikes me that there is a lot to do at HKDL. Seasonal entertainment is not lacking. Well, maybe with the exception of Easter, the 4th of July, Thanksgiving. But I know that wouldn't go down well with the locals. (I'm still surprised to see the American flag on City Hall w/o the Chinese one!)
I do all the holidays here, because of the little one, and if our family and friends are anything to go by, Easter is nothing Thanksgiving everyone knows turkey and can't wait to come over and get it. (I'm the only one with a proper oven-they often come over to "borrow" it.) And of course, every year I'm asked if we will have rabbit this year for Easter. (eat the Easter bunny on Easter? that's just sick!)
But enough side tracking, back to HKDL. Do the other parks have almost nonstop entertainment for 6 months of the year? (last summer was the night time passholders fun) I'm pleading ignorance because of 16 years in the east. All things considered, we have a great little park. Lots of change in the air; new things to see almost monthly; warm, friendly staff; brilliant foliage; and about 5 to 10 degrees warmer than home (important this time of year).
Why does everyone keep crying? We couldn't ask for much more, could we?
ok, maybe a few more rides.....
THAT would be great if the elactrical parade opens in line with iasw. Crowds will definitely come amazed by the lightings.

DO anyone know about the Christmas parade's theme? Is the theme going to be "A Magical Christmas" or a new theme?
