上海興建迪士尼樂園希望渺茫

　報載上海市崇明島擬興建迪士尼樂園，但這項傳聞遭上海市副市長唐登傑否認，「上海市政府方面從未將此事列入計劃，也沒有時間表。」事實上，從香港迪士尼業績遠不如預期，及中國嚴格管制土地開發案看，上海興建迪士尼案希望渺茫。
　香港「大公報」今天轉述唐登傑的上述看法，並且表示，上海市政府發言人工作小組辦公室日前也否認了這項傳聞，由此看來，上海在中短期內將不會批准建立迪士尼。
　報導訪問了參加滬港大都市發展研討會的代表，認為也許是因為香港迪士尼樂園開業兩年來經營狀況不佳，讓上海市政府猶豫，否則將來兩樂園都以中國遊客為主，勢必導致雙方惡性競爭。
　也有相關人士指出，近期中國中央政府從嚴審核土地開發案，沿海大都市尤其如此，最近的經濟工作會議就透露這項訊息。
　因此像迪士尼這樣需要大量土地，還會引發週邊土地價格和房價大幅波動的開發案，近期獲准的希望極其渺茫，再加上上海在二○一○年前要加緊籌辦世界博覽會，短期內也不會有太大動作爭取。

The chance is slim for Shanghai gettting Disney Theme Park due to the fact the Central Government of China's recent policy of regulating Land development and the poor performance of Hong Kong Disneyland. The city of Shanghai is hesistant to recommend investing in a Disney Theme Park as it might bring unfriendly competition between 2 Disney Parks in China(Shanghai and Hong Kong). Due to the probable impact on short to medium term, it is very unlikely that Central Government of China would approve a Disney Theme Park in Shanghai.
