ORGOCH: Well, I expects a big, fat FROG on my supper plate ev'ry night! But ya know what? It ain't gonna hop onta NO plate less'n a certain witch goes out an' hunts it down, first!! Then I has ta skin the thing an' fry it up in a fry pan if'n the cauldron's already bein' used by one a my two looney sisters. The point IS, if'n ya want somethin' done ya has ta do it yer OWN dang self!!!

Re: Bill Ernest expects WDC to inject capital

I think this whole mess is Disney's own fault. When the Hong Kong economy was not so good in the 90s, Michael Eisner’s team lured HK Government into shouldering US$3 billion construction cost and the infrastructure works with taxpayer’s money, and Disney shelled out just $314 million. They thought Chinese tourist don’t know any better and use fictional excuses like “Chinese don’t like rides” and “Chinese only want to take pictures” to build a barebones park. Now HKG has learned its lesson from dealing with Disney in the past (get got bite) and would not want to invest anymore money in the park, even Disney is willing to do so.

I guess Chinese learned the American old saying “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.”
