Shanghai and Hong Kong are always at odds with each other over tourism.
According to travel "experts", Shanghai is on its way to supplant Paris as
the #1 world tourist destination city.
And, as such, Shanghai wants to give tourists *every* option they can,
and that includes a Disney theme park.
And, as to Disney wanting to build such a park, well it sure seems like
they don't have much interest in building new attractions in the parks
Also, from what I've heard, the Chinese want most of the production work
of materials for this park to be done in China.
Thus, WDI and Company might get a bit of design work, but don't count on
large numbers of jobs for the Glendale folk.
