    keithlee,

Thanks for the Main Street pictures. Lots of small red flags in all
the trees up and down Main Street! The Flowering trees are beautiful.

I am a little surprised by the hub near the castle. It doesn't appear
to have any grass and very few flower beds, if any, no Partners statue,
    nor park benches.

ORDDU: What lovely photographs you've just shared with us, Keithlee83, dear. Of course my personal favorite was the one which depicted YOU!!! I must say, there isn't a witch ANYWHERE who wouldn't trade an entire closet full of broomsticks just for the opportunity of having you as her escort. Some day I really MUST fly over to Hong Kong--without my sisters, of course!!

ORWEN: Well, I really enjoyed the pictures, too! They were so pretty! And keithlee83 was even prettier!! If only you were standing next to me, right now, I'd give you the biggest hug and the most kisses anybody ever gave you!! I'd even go out and buy you a big box of Krispy Kreme donuts and send them to you!! But, since I don't know your address I guess I'll just have to eat them for you, myself...

    ORGOCH: Got protection?!?!

Funny. I have been telling everyone just that since like the week HKDL opened in 2005, but it takes high resolution photos to get the point across?

BTW, keith, those are superb photos! Thanks for posting and sharing... and yes, that CM in costume sure is a stud. maybe I will look for him when I go to HKDL this Feb 22nd..

Re: HKDL Photo Review--- Main Street

ORDDU: My sisters and I think there has been a misunderstanding between those who continually praise Hong Kong Disneyland versus those who point out its weaknesses. And after all has been boiled down inside the black cauldron to its most defining ingredients, there isn't as much disagreement between the two factions as one might think. It's just that one group emphasizes the aspect that there's not much to do there, yet, versus those who are so enamored by what IS there that they don't have the inclination to focus on what isn't there.

    ORWEN: I think so, too.

ORDDU: For someone who lives in the area or, as in TDLFAN's case, has a job that makes it a lot more covenient to go there so often, it's worth making the trip to see Hong Kong Disneyland. But for those who live so far away and who have to make important financial decisions on how to spend what little luxury funds they have, Hong Kong Disneyland isn't yet worth the effort, in terms of a low attraction count. Over time this will, hopefully, change. In the meantime, it's fun and interesting to see this newest Disney park gradually change and grow.
