Having both Turtle Talk and Stitch Encounter in the same park...and in such a small park...IMO is a bad idea...each will negate the other's unique appeal to some extent. And yes, that exterior does look rather cheap and out of place.

We knew they were bringing the turtle talk bus from the USA but they just drove it into the not-so-temporary Halloween/Santa's/Mickey's House and left it as is! I thought if they were going to put it inside some sort of structure they would've taken it apart a bit.
I guess it works.

Any word on the Adventureland works? The railway is closed for over a month, I'm guessing it has something to do with this activity.

wow - lots of stuff going on - but too bad it really suffers in the most important area. The screen size there is sooo much smaller. And why is the water inside the sub??

I was impressed with the props around until you looked at how it was all put together.

Seems like a real hokey assembly.

I previewed this show yesterday at HKDL. First up, the entrance is horrible because it is that same generic gate entrance they build for the halloween haunted hotel, and Mickey's House. But the work they did inside is nice, like the nemo subs at DL. The screen however is smaller than the other shows at DCA and EC. I was disappointed there was no Dori and whale moment like the other shows I have seen in the USA. Also, this is meant to be temporary for the summer months, as opposed to Stitch's

That moment is only in Epcot's, I think. I've seen DCA's twice, & haven't seen that part.

I'm not sure about the idea of bringing over several temporary attractions every other moon just to try to bring back people, but I hope it works for HKDL...


And as for that "Dori and the whale" finale of Turtle Talk with Crush;
Back when they brought a copy of the show to DCA, they would end with Dori all the time!
But now, they seem to stop it, or at least limit it.
If you ask Crush how is Dori or something, you might get lucky! (it has to be the last question, though)
