And I'm allergic to cats. My throat closes up too, I sneeze, my eyes itch, their hair gets everywhere.... not a good time.

that is almost impossible to answer. I love cats...just about anyones cats i love. I have a dog now and he is my worls. i love him so much, but I don;t always liek other people's dogs. Also, I love cats and dogs for different reasons. they can't really be compared.

If I had to choose - cats. Love dogs but cats are so much easier. You can leave them alone if you have to, they potty in a box so no walking, they bathe themselves and don't STINK, and they cuddle and play. And I love their attitude!

i can't decide.. i like them both equal, but i prefer them both with longer fur.

Cats by far. I think they're much cuter; my cat is so affectionate, she loves rubbing her head against me back and forth. She also likes to lick my hair when I come out of the shower and chase me down. She loves to play fight with me and pretends I'm a cat too. This results in me being bitten quite hard, scratched, and kicked furiously.
