    Cut my nose shaving?? What?

How the heck can you do that you ask????
I don't know but I did it. I was shaving around my goatee and my razor barely caught the side of my nostril and the thing bled like an attack from Jaws.

I know someone else here has done it at least once.......

Count me as one of those that it's happened too. I've also pressed too hard with the razor and cut a chunk of skin out.....terrible stuff. Women think we have it so easy because we don't have to shave our legs...and maybe so, but if a woman hacks up her legs, she just wears pants - and no one is the wiser. A guy hacks up his face and that's it.....you see a hacked up face.....face shaving sucks.

    So true!!
I have Rosacea so my skin is very sensitive. I can't shave as often as I need to, I have to time it right. Special occasions......can't shave for a few days so my skin will be good that day.

I think the worst cut I had was (and this is dumb too) on my freakin ear!!
I was shaving and turned to talk to my brother or something and my razor knicked that little lobe part right to the entrance of your ear. It bled all day!

I hate shaving, esp everyday...i get a more comfy shave after 2 days...but yes, face shaving sucks...esp right before going out or when you shave earlier in the day before a big event, razor burns, cuts, irritations, spots of bleeding...

It's not like we can go from wearing a skirt to pants to cover it up. This would neccessate us to wear bags over our heads...which would benefit some.
Three-time MVP Larry Bird, noting that Bryant has been the NBA's premier player for years, told Sports Illustrated's Dan Patrick before this week's announcement, "When someone told me the other day that Kobe hadn't won an MVP trophy, it sort of made me feel like I wanted to throw mine away."

Luckily my work doesn't need me to shave everyday. I probably should but I don't, I go 3 days before shaving. I have no choice. I'm screwed if I ever get another job where I have to shave everyday. I'll look like Freddy.

I suppose it's less embarrassing than cutting your butt shaving.

I always had to deal with razor burn and razor rash. As I have gotten older, it seems to have tapered off.

Even though I am going through chemo, I have still had to shave my face. I got this shave cream by a company called Arbonne - and it's a bit pricey, but since I started using it, my shaves have been great - still a nuisance having to shave, but it you're going to have to, it would be nice to have a good shave, I figure.

When using sharp objects...pay attention! This time you were lucky with just a slice on the nose...the next time...you won't have a nose!! And then people will be asking you..."How do you smell?!?!"

And then you can jest and reply, "Awful..."

Women don't just shave their legs and your face cuts can be unsightly, but female cuts can be painful for days

My youngest daughter has a little red birthmark near the tip her nose. It's tiny. But once when she was 3, she picked at it and it bled enough (soaked a bath towel!) to the scare the ever loving crap out of her and she never touched it again.

So I can imagine how much that must have bled!! I'd never seen anything like it!
