It was not produced by Disney. Unfortunately, it has been cancelled. They want an in house made Avengers cartoon more in tune with the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon.

^which is no were as good as spectacular spider man....so my guess the next Avengers will also suffer too and go from a good show...to an ok one
