I think we should stick with Panera because of the kids and the ease of seating. We can stick the kids in a booth and we can take a table to ourselves. It also allows for us to arrive and order without having to wait for everyone.

Hey I just noticed that the 2pm showing has been changed to 1:55pm. Also there is now a 2:30pm showing. Which would you all prefer? I think the 2:30 might be better to allow us to eat without rushing. It will give us more conversation time too.

What do you all think?

Neenie - I think you would be fine to just go 405 south to I-5 and then in Tacoma (after the Tacoma Dome) head West on Highway 16. You will go over the Narrows Bridge and then the 2nd exit (if you count the one right after the bridge) is the exit for the theater. If you were to come via ferry, you would have to deal with how to get from the ferry terminal to Highway 16 - and Rich has proven that isn't as easy as the locals think.

Going via google maps, it says that from where you are to Gig Harbor is a little more than an hour driving. Via the Fauntleroy ferry (West Seattle) it is 1 hour & 45 minutes. And 40 of those minutes are the ferry ride, so it would take you the same amount of driving time and then add on the extra time and cost of the ferry.

He was coming! He really did want to meet my travel partner....

But then he realized he double booked and had also made plans to watch the Crapple Cup with his buddies... Apparently good friends, beer, bbq, and football trumps strangers, lemonade, panara, and Bolt.

Cant say I blame him for that one! At least he knows his way to and from Kelleys house so I can at least snag the GPS.

Howdy again. Cookies are done. I am not 100% happy with them, but they still taste good. I will bring them. No picture to drool over though. One of these days I'll make them again and they will be perfect. I look forward to seeing everyone.
