 | a single rider meet soon anyone? My Saturday blockouts end soon on my Deluxe pass, and I haven't noticed any scheduled single rider meets forever it seems like. So would anyone be down to plan one, and get one goin? I would love to do somethin like that soon. Let me know |

| Re: a single rider meet soon anyone? Try and set one up. They always seemed most sucessful meeting after lunch on the day of a regular meet. Good Luck, I'm glad I won't be able to attend this meet!  |

| Re: a single rider meet soon anyone? having met my wife at the first real big Single Rider meet back in 2005, I encourage anyone and everyone to pick a date, go and have fun. Neither of us were even thinking of "single" in terms of relationship status. We ended up meeting a lot of fun people who didn't have a lot of people to go to the parks with and after the first meet, others followed and we all met up at future weekly MC meets and each had a great time. I also agree that they work out well at say 2:00 or 3:00 on Sundays after a regular MC meet takes place.

Hi, I used to be the main organizer of the meets, until I got married and moved (I didn't meet my hubby at a single rider meet, but i did meet him via MiceChat). They kinda died out after that  Like Anders said, they work out best later in the afternoon of a Sunday meet. But even a Sat one would be cool. I really hope this works out  Post a trip report!

| Re: a single rider meet soon anyone? Well, I'll take the lead and throw a couple of dates out there, see which one works for people. The next couple of weekends are going to be crowded it seems, with the Labor Day weekend coming up, and the D23 Expo the weekend afterwards. The transition to HalloweenTime happens after that. So maybe: Sept. 27 or Oct. 4?

Blog Entries: 2 | Re: a single rider meet soon anyone? I'll be in the Park on September the 27th for the Hub Meet. It will be my last day of my two week Disneyland vacation,so I'll probably be CRYING!  I'm hoping HMH will be open by then. Since it and Space will be closed for the rest of my trip.

| Re: a single rider meet soon anyone? I was thinking sometime in October, maybe mid October. After D23 expo, but before Halloweentime ends. About a 3:00 or 3:30 meet time for a single rider meet sounds good to me, I'll look it up and do some planning and let you guys know on a date and time. Sundays work for me. I want it to be on a day that can allow the ones who want to attend, be able to attend |
