Gumball Rally, Team Info and Pre-Rally Sign In

Howdy Folks,


Gumball Rally is just over one week away.
Time to make sure that everyone is ready.

Members of our planning team are in the process of calling team captains right now to confirm your information, make sure that you know when and where to sign in on Rally day, and to answer any questions that you might have.

If you get a call from one of our staff and aren't able to answer it, they will leave you a message and ask that you call them back or email them.

We will also send off an email tomorrow to confirm Rally day sign in and any last minute details that you should be aware of.

If you haven't heard from our staff or received an email by Saturday the 19th, please contact me by PM.

Everything has come together nicely and we are VERY excited to see you all on the 26th.

FYI - There are about 15 spots left for either rally teams or Award only tickets. If interested, please sign up right away, they will be gone soon.

I just spoke with VilliansFan to confirm our info. It was so nice to get a phone call and get such personal service getting information. What a nice touch! I think it really means a lot to get some human contact in the process. I'd just like to say thank you to all the staffers who are calling each team and putting so much into making such a great event!

Most of the teams have been called, but we haven't spoken to everyone yet. We have Mamabot, Indiana Jenn, and Villains Fan calling. They are all awesome and doing a great job!

For those who haven't been contacted yet, no worries, you'll probably get called tomorrow. All teams will also receive pretty much the same information via email from me tomorrow, but we thought that it was important to speak with at least one member of each team to see if there were any concerns or questions that we could resolve for you.

We want everyone to have a GREAT time!

There are just 15 teams we haven't been able to reach yet. In addition, an email will go out late tonight with all the information that you need on when, where, how to find us on Rally day.

We have really enjoyed speaking with the teams we've contacted already.

We can't wait to see you all on the morning of the 26th!

We at Team Safety Third got our call from IndianaJenn yesterday. It was wonderful to actually speak to someone and she is so nice! We are now even more excited for our first Micechat event! (and ready to kick some butt!)

Cool, got the mamabot call yesterday. Cleared up some information for me, otherwise I was going to head right for the picnic area like last year.

My wife had a lovey chat with mambot today. We are very excited first time rallyers. Mamabot mentioned that there would be an e-mail out tonite. Did that happen or will it be later this weekend?
