Is this actually an Autopia car or the fiberglass body from an Autopia car placed ontop of a custom built (EZGO) golf cart chassis? I thought the Autopia cars were all gas engines not electric?

You are correct; the AUTOPIA is the original body (In process of being authenticated) from Disneyland built on top of of a EZGO chassis. It has forward and reverse and a top speed of 25mph.
