ORDER FORM for Fred Gurley Reproduction Builder's Plates

Yep, it's that time! The project that began as nothing more than an idea in early February is now available for purchase. Here is the order form for the Fred Gurley reproduction builder's plates.

    Order Form

The document is in Microsoft Word. Just download it to your computer, fill it out either on your computer or by hand, and mail with your check or money order for the appropriate amount to Wayne's address at the top of the form.

Please note that Wayne's shop is small, and each plate takes several hours to properly polish and finish, so he's decided to offer the plates for ONE MONTH ONLY! So please get your orders in by July 20, 2007.

As you can see, there are many options to choose from; enough to suit anyone's budget. If you're handy with paint, you can save yourself even more money by getting an unfinished plate and doing some of the work yourselves.

Here's the aluminum test plate photoshopped to look like brass, to give you some idea of what the plates look like:

Thanks for your patience! This has been a fun project, and if it goes over well, we'll see about doing more.

Just a reminder that TODAY is the last day to order your builder's plate!

Here's a photo of the weathering job "Nautilus" applied to his plate. He apparently fooled his brother into thinking it was the real thing!
