Obviously to make more money on block-out purchases! And plus, they know it's going to be a big seller so if they don't get those extra AP in the park, no big deal.

You people with blocked out days DO know you can buy a pass for that day. It's not out of the question. I'd do it if I were dying to get it.

Wow......

I'm really crying for all of you POOR souls who live so close to DLR as to have a AP and now I see you're complaining that an event is on a Block out day...

Ahem.....

How much does a block-out day pass cost?

Do you know how much money it would cost ME to go to the event?

And if you really wanna go, either fork out the bucks for the day pass or upgrade to a premium.

I think I'll just get the Dvd. as well you know..... I don't have a couple hundred dollars to go to this event.

Wow, how is it I had no idea about this DVD?! Definitely going to have to get it. Wish I lived about 700 miles closer than I do though.

If someone goes, PLEASE post some pictures of the event. Thanks in advance.

I'm assuming the dvd itself will be available after the signing as well? If nothing else...I still want the video.

Re: Imagineering the Magic DVD release and signing

Well, living on a fixed Social Security income does make it a little hard to get a Premium Pass and paying $40 to get in plus the $25 or so for the DVD does make that a bit expensive for a DVD. But I may do it anyway.

Discrimination? YES. It only allows Premium Passholders to gain entrance for a special event without having to shell out even more just to get in.

Lol...so is it discrimination that you don't get parking included on your DAP without paying extra? With your logic it would be.

If this is descrimination then the word has totally lost all value. Discrimination would be saying the ONLY premium passholders can get the DVD signed. Everyone has the option to pay to get in that day, every race, age, religion or gender.

I'd be happy to pick it up for you Bruce, sorry I won't be able to go that day. Good Luck!

I don't quite see how it is discrimination... profiteering maybe but discrimination no... It would be discrimination if they said I am sorry on this day you can not buy any for of pass into the park.. ONLY PAP's are allowed in that day...

Is this a park only release? I just checked and there is no listing for it at Amazon.com.

Everybody is required the appropriate admission fee to get into the park for that day. Premium Annual Passholders have already paid the required admission fee for that day when they purchased their Premium-level annual pass.

Are regular park guests paying $66 to get in on a non-black out being discriminated against when Annual Passholders can walk right in? No, because the Annual Passholders paid the required admission fee.

Sorry, but this even is on a peak Spring Break Saturday. Of course Annual Passes are going to be blocked out.

It isn't discrimination. Everybody is allowed to attend the event. You just have to pay the admission fee to get into the park.
