Re: 7/25: Belly Up to the Bar

I heard he once wrestled a Bull Elephant to gain possession of a banana to give to an orphan baby chimpanzee that he single handedly rescued from the deadly jaws of a giant crocodile. His exploits are known throughout the Jungle and native girls swoon at the mere mention of his name.

That story actually does have a basis in truth: I gave a Bull Elephant a banana in exchange for an orphaned baby native girl, whom I later got bored with and fed to the crocodile--and it's the chimpanzees that swoon at the mere mention of my name.

Seriously, many thanks to all for the kind words and flattering embellishments!!

    Mr. Swab
I'm taking a wild stab here at how you got your online name. I was reliving riding on my favorite ride at Disneyland Park and heard something in the dialog that I have not heard or just don't remember (I'm old you know so I forget a lot of stuff ). As the ride nears the Captain he yells/hollers an order to the "Fo'c's'le Swab's". Is that where you got your name?
Just interested in how all these names came about and yours is interesting.

So I take it the Dragon and the working model of Fantasmic are on the "to do" list?

Very observant. The Auctioneer yells it (as an insult) to the bidders who 'wants the redhead'.

Mr. Swab is indeed a man of many talents.

Absolutely stunning work, Paul. How do you make things so itty bitty?? I'm truly in awe.

I hope you both keep everyone posted on future developments. I'd love to see how the town grows!

    Another great article, Steve!

Much to Swab's enormous pride, this article has generated more posts on this thread than any of my other articles.

Talk about adding fuel to the fire!

I think it's time Rainbow Ridge got a cathouse. It's got a bar. It's got a hotel. A house of ill repute would really put it on the map.

A miniature whorehouse may be tough to do--I'll have to do some research...
