Biggest February Advance Ticket- Seller


LOS ANGELES, Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Fandango, the nation's leading moviegoer destination, announced today that new company ticketing records were set by Walt Disney Pictures' Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert in Disney Digital 3D, which enjoyed a projected weekend box office of $29 million*.

Hannah Montana 3D is making history across the board:

-- Fandango sold more than $9 million of the film's projected $29 million opening weekend box office, or more than 30% of Hannah Montana 3D ticket sales, shattering Fandango's previous records.

-- Hannah is Fandango's top advance ticket-seller for a February opening (the previous record-holder was 2004's The Passion of The Christ).

-- Hannah now ranks as Fandango's fifth biggest advance ticket-seller in company history. Rounding out Fandango's all-time top five are:
1. Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith;
2. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire;
3. Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix;
4. Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End.

-- Hannah is Fandango's top-selling concert movie in the company's seven- year history. -- Hannah has been the top-selling title on Fandango since tickets went on sale on Dec. 1, 2007.

-- January 2008 is now the second most heavily-trafficked month in Fandango history** (the record belongs to July 2007, when Transformers and Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix opened).
