Smile My backyard/home haunt: Yosemite Creek Ghost Town

Thought I'd post up some photos and such for people who are interested here....last year was the first major year for Halloween decorating, as many will know I love haunted houses, events, and Halloween is my favorite holiday. For about four years before this, I'd do a small front yard display, but the completion of backyard buildings and train box spurred me on to do a more elaborate set up, mostly western themed. I am already in the middle of purchasing and planning for this year, will be a lot more elaborate set up....so enjoy the photos please!

Wow! Very impressive. How did the little kids coming up to trick-or-treat handle it?

The front was a little more sedate heh, this is actually physically behind the house, but the kids who were there, family and neighbors and such for the party we had, took it in stride mostly...we will see this year, with the more added full figures and zombies and the like I have been squirreling away....and thanks for the kind words! It will just be more elaborate this year heh, with another indoor scene and more overall decor, bigger cemetery patch on the lawn.

Wow, this is intense. Fun! Sorta reminds me of the Psycho House up in Glendora (I think) back in the day!

You made all of that? Nice! I love to see people go all out for Halloween. Your display is amazing. I hope you'll post pics of this year's display.
