I'm an orphan, I need to do that. actually, I think it's a great idea, if you take the money part out of it. there are many older people out there with no one to care for them, and then there are people like me, who have children that have never know what it's like to have a grandparent to love them. kinda like the big brother or sister program

He should have chosen somewhere besides Phoenix! I know there are wealthy people everywhere (and I used to live in Phx for 30 years), but, I'd have gone with Malibu, or La Jolla....loads to be found there, AND, oceanfront properties!
