Fresh & Easy has some great choices! The one thing to know is that when they say fresh, they mean it. It isn't like a regular grocery store. The food has very short expiration windows. Check to make sure you get perishable products that have the latest expiration date as possible.

We really like their tricolor organic tortilla chips. They have good fat free chili, salad dressings, cereal bars for the kids. Their fresh hummus is our favorite though. Mmmm roasted red pepper hummus. They have coupons that give you $5 off $20. The first couple trips we took to the Fresh & Easy near us, they kept feeding the machine with as many coupons as the system would allow. We saved $50 on that trip!

just went to OUR new fresh and easy, didnt buy anything wanted to look around, I LOVE THE PLACE, i think it is cheaper than trader joes.. I LOVE IT

ok just got back from the doctors,, I like this guy, I am going to ahve him as my primary doctor, my other one sucks

now in regards to my tummy issues, I c an still take the pain meds i was given but it tastes horrid...he gave me a prescription for pill form, yeah.. He feels it is irritated bowel syndrom (not quite sure yet) and it has been brought on by stress as well
so once the cardio guy gives the ok, i will be goin g in for a upper GI (ewwww) and a colonscopy (hate thosE) ahve had it before ew again


as for my heart issues (he isnt the heart guy).. he did say I really CAN NOT get sick.. if I do it could lead to congestive heart failure, (which scares me) if that happens, i wind up back in the hospital ewwwwwwwwwww dont want that, maybe I should wear a dam mask everywhere I go

he didnt really advise me on eating or exercise as he isnt the heart guy, he did say low fat and salt though, as for exercise not to do any until i see the heart guy next friday,, just to realx grrrrrrrr I hate relaing, but I will do it, as I dont want to die

You could always call the nurse for either the primary doctor or the cardiologist to have them give you a referral for a nutritionist.

yes I thought about that after the appointment

I will talk to the cardio guy next week.... i want to see a nutrionist since this is all new to me

Kelly when you go see your cardiologist you should ask him if you should go onto a low dose aspirin regimin... Its supposed to be good for people who have heart problems...

well Today I actually slept in. YEAH...

and tomarrow I am actually going to cook (after over aweek of not cooking) celebrating canadian thanksgiving, was suppose to last weekend but was in the hospital, of course I will be getting help from the family

Yep it is the same as american thanksgiving

I'm glad you are home, and, I know you can quit smoking!!! I did it in 1992, and, it's not the easiest thing, but, it's also going to save your life. I want to still chat with you on MSN when we're 80, so, you better quit now! haha!

the dinner was sooooooooooo yummy, wayne helped of course.... but it was good....... I am exhausted now
as for quitting smoking yes I will do it, i really dont want to, but I know i have to for the sake of my health and I have little ones to look after so I will do it

I will do what my son did to me when he was little and wanted me to quit smoking....he offered me a dollar if I'd quit smoking. So, Kelly, I will give you a dollar if you quit smoking!
