ahhhhhhhhhhh thanks you guys...

i slept until 5 am today, i am used to the nurses waking me up for blood tests at this time i supose. But I slept since 7:30 last night and slept all ayb yesterday, man I must be tired

.. so today I do nothing again, I will watch tv and knit, i finaly started to knit again at the hosptial, I feel like a invalid, I cant do anything really for the rest of the week grrrrrrrrrrr.. until I see the dr on fri anyways except take the 6 meds I have to grrrrrrrr

tomarrow though I am going grocery shopping I need to get out, so wayne an I will go while the girls are in school, so it wont be stressful, just the 2 of us, yeah
ok going to lie back down and watch news

Kelly, I'm not going to lecture you about how you got yourself into this situation; I think you already know.

While the motivation is high, this is the time to cut out the habits that have been destructive to your health and replace them with good habits. We all want you around on Mice Chat for a long time!

thank you... the thing is the dr told me my heart is the way it is is due to a virus.. that i had this past year, I dont recall having a virus except for bronchitis last chirstmas. But anyways I will be doing a LIfestyle change of course. betting eating and exercise, no smoking beer and NO STRESS

well since this is sort of a update thread lets see.. today I did nothing

i have 2 naps and I normally dont do that, I mean why am I so tired, i didnt do much to tire me out in the hospital

and I am knitting as well

.. we need food, and it wont be stressful with NO KIDS

(they will be in school) I will probably enjoy it with just hubby.. and he will take me oput for breakfast or lunch.. again no kids

so that will be my excitement for the week

thanks hayley, feeling a bit better today, just really tired for some reason I keep on sleeping

Are you kidding?! Being in the hospital is SO tiring. Never getting a full night sleep, being a foreign room, crappy food, the pain from blood test and other things and missing your family and home. It's so tiring.

Doesn't being in the hospital make you appreciate all of the little things in your life you might have taken for granted? Just being able to shower in your shower. Or being able sleep in your bed!

yes you are so right steph, i was waken up about 3-4 times a nite for vitals, and blood tests, at the end they couldnt even get blood I said I am bone dry

and it hurt badly, as for a shower, again you are right, I didnt shower the entire time i was there ewwwwwwwwwww i know, i had a heart monitor on that couldnt be taken off, the first thing I did when i got home was shower... now I did wash my hair, etc via the sink...

i actually found the bed more comfy than my own bed though

and boy I was lonely, i missed tha family so much (hence me texting micechatters) wayne could only come a bit since he had the girls, the good thing was the girls were allowed in the hospital thank god..

I was so happy when mandy came to visit (snow white raven) what a blessing, someone to talk to beside a dr or nurse.. I am so grateful for her visit
