Disney, Rush Limbaugh team up to help raise funds for Hurrican Katrina Relief

Disney is allowing a special event at its Lion King Theater on October 18th.

Rush Limbaugh will do a "one man show" on that date, in conjunction with WABC (Disney owned station in New York). ALL monies will go to Hurricane Katrina relief.

FYI, all 1,800 tickets were sold out within 20 minutes.

I can't wait to see the Democrats come out in force on this one. Somehow they'll say Rush is evil for raising money for relief...

I think anyone that does anything to raise money gets kudos. This disaster should wipe out party lines the way it wiped out cities. This should be one of those things we set aside political differences for, to focus on our country. Let's keep focused, and keep working to save as many as possible, and try to return life to normal, even though that may not be possible in an area that some are saying might just need to be bulldosed...

Actually it was 1800 oxycontin's that were sold and Rush bought them all.

We both know there is no middle ground with that guy. You either love him or HATE him. There's no indifference when it comes to Rush.

meh- I don't think so. Liberals call him all the time and they aren't showing hate- just disagreement. I think there are shades of gray here-
